LUCES is a nonprofit organization committed to working with districts, schools, educational institutions, community organizations, and publishers to transform educational experiences for language minority students. Through an equity lens, our mission is to address systemic barriers and disparities, and empower all multilingual learners to achieve their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society. We will achieve this by ensuring that educational spaces provide equitable opportunities for multilingual learners to attain grade-level proficiency to help foster pathways for students to meet post secondary success.
